Private by design
Clipboard text travels directly between your devices over the same LAN or a private Tailscale network, without passing through an external server. The apps contain no analytics or ads. The current version does not encrypt sync traffic, so use trusted Wi-Fi or Tailscale, and never expose ClipShare's listening port to the internet through router port forwarding.
Paired in seconds
Open the pairing QR on your Mac and scan it with the Android app. Devices find each other automatically on your network.
Beyond your Wi-Fi
At home, the same Wi-Fi is all you need. Away from it, ClipShare can sync through a private network you run yourself, such as a Tailscale VPN.

Get the Mac app and the Android app onto devices on the same Wi-Fi network.

Show the QR code from the Mac menu bar and scan it with the Android app.
